How CareerNine works
One session, start to finish.
Before
- Choose your coach and your session: a mock interview or career coaching, 30 or 60 minutes.
- Tell your coach the role, the profession and the level you’re going for.
- Your card is saved when you book and charged after your session.
During
- Join from your session page. The room opens 30 minutes early.
- It’s a live video session in your browser. Mock interviews are recorded.
After
- Mock interviews: your coach grades each answer and writes your feedback within 72 hours. Review it, then approve it.
- Career coaching: your coach may send notes after the session.
- Something went wrong? Report a problem from your session page within 7 days.
