How much does a session cost?
Each coach sets their own price, starting at $50 for 30 minutes and $90 for 60 minutes, plus an 8% service fee shown before you book.
When am I charged?
Your card is saved when you book. You’re charged after your session.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancel later than that and you’re charged in full, unless you booked less than 24 hours ahead or cancel within 24 hours of booking.
What if my coach doesn’t show up?
You’re not charged.
What if I don’t show up?
You’re charged half the session price.
When do I get my feedback?
Within 72 hours of your mock interview. If it’s late, you get 10% back. If it doesn’t arrive at all, you get 25% back.
Can I tip my coach?
Yes. Tips go 100% to your coach.
Who are the coaches?
People who’ve done the job. Every coach has at least two years of work experience and passes our certification.
What if something went wrong in my session?
Report a problem from your session page within 7 days. Your coach sees it first, and our team steps in if you can’t agree.
